Role

  • Manage the development and implementation of eCommerce projects for the company
  • Responsible for project management and administration of these projects
  • Responsible for meeting the financial performance of these projects
  • Assist in the definition and management of the project scope, determines project goals and outcomes, assemble and validate the technology and capital resources, measure and report performance.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, a/b testing, and reporting
  • Develop and implement E-commerce strategy in order to improve website performance
  • Create and maintain website content and ensure all content is up to date and ensure all pages, products and prices on the site are correct, updated and in line with trading at all times
  • Create and implement tactical offers to support specific products and target specific market
  • Monitor website analytics
  • Monitor online customer feedback and be the main point of contact for all internal website queries
  • Responsible for creating high lead converting landing pages, news articles and keyword-rich pages
  • Day to day management of SEO strategy, implementation and monitoring
  • Assist in day to day social media implementation in collaboration with the marketing department
  • Co-ordinate all website activity with brand managers, marketing department and 3rd party partners
  • Coordinate all aspects of the e-commerce activity from product selection to final delivery to the customer and after-sales service
  • Co-ordinate all budgetary aspects of the e-commerce activity

Skills & Experience

  • Advanced ability to write and edit interesting content, excellent proofreading skills
  • Analytical skills with great knowledge of Google tools (analytics).
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build rapport with internal and external business partners
  • Creative with a strategic mind set
  • Results-oriented, technology savvy, organized and able to operate well under pressure
  • Knowledge of consumer goods/luxury goods a plus
  • A 3/5 year experience in a similar position appreciated

Fluency in English & Arabic (both speaking & written) essential

Qualification:

  • Age: not more 35 years

Job brief

We are looking for a graphic designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.

The graphic designer job description includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You will be responsible to shape the visual aspects of our social media content, websites, campaigns, product packaging, promotional items and visual merchandising. You will also resize the advertising visuals from several international brands in accordance to their graphic guidelines.

Responsibilities

Study design briefs and determine requirements

Schedule projects and define budget constraints

Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand

Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic

Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design

Test graphics across various media

Amend designs after feedback

Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Resize and finalize the layouts of international brands according to their graphic guidelines

 

Requirements & skills

A minimum of 5 years experience in graphic design – preferably in an advertising agency

Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software

Excellent creativity and innovation

Excellent management and organizational skills – works well under pressure

Accuracy and attention to detail

An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment

Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines

Excellent English and Arabic, both spoken and written
